to roofs, siding, and trees.

A severe thunderstorm was located near Plainfield, 8 miles southwest of Indianapolis, moving northeast 95 mph.

Locations impacted: Indianapolis, Fishers, Lawrence, Plainfield, Beech Grove, Speedway,
Southport, Cumberland, McCordsville, New Palestine, Warren Park,
Homecroft, Rocky Ripple, Wynnedale, Spring Hill, Crows Nest, Geist
Reservoir, Monument Circle, Castleton, and Indianapolis Int’l
Airport.

Highways impacted: Interstate 65 between mile markers 102 and 118. Interstate 69 between mile markers 200 and 208. Interstate 70 between mile markers 68 and 97. Interstate 74 between mile markers 93 and 100

Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 10 miles southwest of Logansport to 12 miles southeast of Crawfordsville. Movement was northeast at 80 mph.

Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

Impact: Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted: Kokomo, Frankfort, Lebanon, Tipton, Windfall, Westfield, Whitestown,
Sheridan, Greentown, Flora, Rossville, Thorntown, Mulberry,
Russiaville, Ladoga, Jamestown, Roachdale, Darlington, Kirklin, and
Atlanta.

Highways included: Interstate 65 between mile markers 133 and 160. Interstate 74 between mile markers 40 and 55.

  • Fountain County in west central Indiana
  • Northern Parke County in west central Indiana
  • Warren County in west central Indiana
  • Vermillion County in west central Indiana

Hazards include 60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include: Covington, Rockville, Veedersburg, Williamsport, Newport, Attica,
Cayuga, Montezuma, West Lebanon, Dana, Hillsboro, Kingman, Perrysville, Bloomingdale, Marshall, Newtown, Pine Village, Mellott, State Line City, and Wallace.

This includes Interstate 74 between mile markers 1 and 23.
