Well, another year has come and gone! 2021 was filled with hope, disappointment, and confusion. But, there’s always much to be grateful for and much to look forward to.
One thing I can say for certain is that despite all the drama there were lots of healthy and delicious plant-based recipes to comfort us! Desserts, pasta, soup, and tons more.
I didn’t share as many recipes as I had hoped because there was plenty of turmoil in our life. We moved states, got covid, and made many life-altering decisions. But, one thing is sure, your support meant so much to me and my family.
