To check for an outage in your area, sign into your Armstrong account:

  1. Sign into My Account.
  2. A notice will be displayed across the top of your account dashboard if there is a known service outage in your area.

Outage Notifications

Sign up to recieve an email or SMS text message alert when there is an service outage in your area:

  1. Click here to sign in to your account.
  2. Check the box beside Outage Notification for either "Email" or "SMS Txt", or both.
  3. Confirm that your Email Address and Mobile Number are correct. Update if needed.
  4. Click Save.
