How do I unlock my Northwell account? ›

Please click on either "I'm having trouble logging in" or "Forgot password" at the bottom of the screen. If you're still unable to log in, please call (888) 321-3627, option 3, and one of our agents will assist you further.

Please note that lab results can only be released to the patient or an authorized representative, Results are also available to some Northwell Health Physician Partners (NHPP) patients through FollowMyHealth, Northwell's patient portal. Call (844) 364-8108 for questions and technical support.

What is the difference between the Northwell Health app and FollowMyHealth? The Northwell Health app allows you to manage your care within our health system, while FollowMyHealth is a portable health record where you can access medical information from other participating providers—in addition to Northwell.

Portal account passwords expire 6 months after being created. After 6 months have passed since the last time user changed (or created) his/her Portal password, the account will be locked for security reasons. To unlock it, user must create a new password using the 'Forgot Your Password' link.

Enter your email address and we'll email you instructions for resetting your password. You can reset your password here. If an account matches the e-mail address supplied, an e-mail has been sent to the address with reset instructions. Email address is required.

While in the Northwell Health app, tap the "Me" icon in the bottom navigation menu to enter your profile. Once in your profile, you will see a button to connect to FollowMyHealth. Or you can connect to FollowMyHealth here.
