Excited and Happy. The Salesman name Ralph Martinez were very helpful. He understood what I was looking for. Ralph went way beyond I believe in what a Salesman should do. Even when I the customer were getting frustrated because I didn't know what I wanted Ralph took the time to help me even by skipping his lunch break. I am sold on Ashley Furniture now. I love the quality of furniture also. I will recommend all my friends and family to buy from Ashley and tell them to ask for Ralph Martinez. We received excellent customer service from Lazaro during the purchase of a rug and furniture for a sitting area. We highly recommend Lazaro who was very patient with us, readily available for our questions and not overbearing.

After a debacle with the purchase of a temper pedic bed (which nearly destroyed my wife's an I's backs), and after finding out we had no recourse but to sleep on said bed for 30 days, our situation came to Boris's attention and from there on out we were taken care of with extreme professionalism and courtesy!
